Norfolk Safeguarding Adults Board (NSAB) have developed a new animation to help people with learning disabilities understand friendship.
The three minute animation helps people to understand what good friendships are, when they might be harmful, and what they can do.
This animation is part of a wider project to raise awareness of key issues such as exploitation, county lines, and cuckooing.
It is important that people with learning disabilities and autism can make and maintain friendships. We want to help them to to do this. We also want to reduce the risk of harm and exploitation in groups who may be less able to recognise the intentions of others.
