Safeguarding Boards in Wales are hosting a Safeguarding Week from Monday 13 – Friday 17 November. This week will raise awareness of safeguarding adults and children.
From 20 -24 November, the Ann Craft Trust will host Safeguarding Adults Week, to focus on issues related to safeguarding adults. You can see the key themes for the week and sign up to show your support here.
Raising Awareness about Exploitation for Safeguarding Week in Wales
The theme for Safeguarding Week in Wales 2023, is exploitation.
Regional safeguarding boards are using this theme to plan their own events. For example, Cardiff and Vale of Glamorgan safeguarding board have a range of webinars taking place during the week.
