Safeguarding Adults in Sport & Activity Seminar

We're pleased to announce that we will be holding a Safeguarding Adults in Sport Seminar in May this year. The day is for safeguarding adults champions and will explore safeguarding responsibilities and best practice in sport and activity.

Safeguarding Adults in Sport and Activity Seminar:
Organisational Responsibilities from Board to Club Level

 

Date: 9th May 2017

Time: 10am-4pm

Venue: Nottingham University

Cost: £55

This one day seminar is for safeguarding adults champions at all levels of your organisation – from Board members to safeguarding and welfare leads. It is also relevant to Local Safeguarding Adults Board members looking to develop partnerships with sport and activity organisations.

It offers the opportunity to hear how sport and activity organisations are addressing their responsibilities regarding safeguarding adults, the chance to network across a range of sport and activity organisations and time to share your current policy and practice in this area.

This seminar is perfect for:
- Safeguarding Adults Champions
- Safeguarding and Welfare Leads
- Local Safeguarding Adults Board Members
